Returns & Warranty
We hope you love your new Portal Outdoor gear, but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s simple to return orders from our website within our 30 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you need to return your item, please contact us with your order number and return reason via the Contact Us page.
Items that become faulty within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or a full refund.
All Portal Outdoor products are supported by a minimum of a one year warranty (unless otherwise stated). Should your product develop a fault within this period, you should firstly contact the retailer (or ourselves if ordered directly online) to facilitate a repair or replacement product.
Within 30 days of purchase we can offer a full refund, or brand new replacement product. After this point, you will be offered a direct replacement item if the product cannot be repaired.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods, and take the appropriate action.
Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account, and are processed as a reversal of the original payment.
